[ 暖身 ]
宏明一直想規劃來趟花東單車遊，不過再正式成行前，都需讓自個的體力有所提升才行
端午節當天與宏明相約騎我最熟悉的台北自行車道做初次暖身
一路由 中山北路二段->基隆河->關渡->淡水->關渡->社子->大稻埕->新店，全程69.66公里
距離不短，許久未騎車的宏明卻能堅持到最後，值得嘉許 ^^
